I recently worked with Vinne on a substantial flooring project in my 100 year old house. I have some remodeling experience and have worked with many contractors. Vinnie was responsive, punctual and provided options for how to repair or replace the subfloor. Given the age of the house, he was also realistic about the results. Once the project started, it was clear that a single layer subfloor replacement wouldn't be adequate so I revised the scope and budget to include a second layer which resulted in a slight raising of the floor level. Vinnie and his team did a good job of re-levelling the subfloor and replaced the douglas fir planks and worked with me until I was happy with the stain match color. He and his team also did a good job of installing matching moldings, patching the baseboards and repainting, and raising the radiator covers to fit given the change in floor height. I am very happy with the end result given the issues with the floor prior to the replacement. In addition all the small areas of collateral damage which are inevitable with a project of this size were repaired and walls repainted. Vinnie kept the house clean and took care to minimize dust getting into other areas of the house during the major work. He also made sure big furniture and rugs were replaced as requested. Overall I am very happy with the work and would recommend Vinnie for flooring projects. I appreciated Vinnies level of communication, collaboration and willingness to do a job to a high standard.

It was a joy to work with Vinny and his team. They installed a ceiling, hardwood floors, and painted the walls in my home office. They also repaired an old door and replaced some door saddles. He worked hard to understand my requests and execute the projects with a great deal of attentiveness. He was available to answer all of my questions throughout the project ensuring that the communication lines remained robust.
