- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very economical DJ. I know money is tight for alot of people and I don't think you should have to sacrifice price for good entertainment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process of working with a new customer is to make that initial contact via either phone call or text message. I like to ask a few questions like what type of event, how many people will be expected to attend, what kind of atmosphere are you looking to set. I go over pricing and lighting options. After that I like to keep in touch up until the event to make sure there are no changes or anything else they would like to be included.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience using turntables and have educated myself when new technology comes out.
