I had a large hornets nest in my bushes. Fred responded to my text immediately and worked his schedule to accommodate my time frame. Did a good job and price was reasonable. Courteous workers and showed up on time.
Will rehire if needed in the future.

Hired them to get rid of a wasp nest. However, they left a piece on the nest on a tree branch where the nest was built back. They apparently came a second time (I asked them to take everything off) and continued to leave a piece of nest on the tree branch in which the wasp built a nest again. Reached out a third time - the owner stated he would come to see it and now appears to have blocked me since I can’t send him a message.
I understand the first time but really should’ve been resolved the second time. Basically paid $260 for a wasp to be able to rebuilt their nest and can’t even contact them anymore.
