- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually talk to the customer to get to know what the job entails so that I know how many wait staff would be needed to make sure the job would go smoothly.. I would like to go over the different foods that are served what needs to be prepared and what they are looking for.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I Have been waitressing for more then 10 years as well as my wait staff. After years of working at restaurants and catering halls i decided to go to the next level and build my own business.. after a successful back yard BBQ grilling and serving my business went to the next level and have been booked every weekend since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers from locations through Nassau county, Suffolk county and New York City
