- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of the project and the materials chosen. To proceed with the production of design drawings and the fabrication of custom projects, a 50% deposit is required. We are committed to designing and selecting materials that ensure the project’s success while staying within our customers’ budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Initial call to discuss the desired project, materials, budget, and timeline. Step 2: A quote is provided based on the agreed-upon specifications. Step 3: Upon quote approval, a 50% deposit will be invoiced. Step 4: An on-site survey is scheduled, and design drawings are created. Step 5: The customer reviews and approves the design drawings. Step 6: Custom fabrication is completed in-house. Step 7: Delivery and installation of the project are carried out. Step 8: Any finishing touches are completed and the final balance invoice is submitted for final payment.
