Golden Pressure Washing did a great job for the power wash in my backyard. My husband and I are so happy that the job was done so detailed. The weeds are all gone and the tile is so clean, my backyard looks so good right now. I highly recommend and I will definitely will hire them again in the future.

The young man that came to power wash our previously very grimy driveway, walkway and house did an excellent job. Additionally as he was power washing the second floor he alerted me to the fact that a wire was smoking, prompting us to be able to act on it right away before it became a bigger issue. He paid a lot of attention to detail and did a wonderful job. The company also did a great job contacting me right away on my request, booking an appt and giving me a quote up front after I sent pictures of the job. I’m very pleased and will be using them again!

Golden Pressure Washing did a terrific job power washing our home. They were very responsive when setting up our appointment, arrived on the job when they were scheduled to show and did a great job cleaning the home’s exterior. They made the aluminum siding look as if it was freshly painted or shall I say newly installed.

He did a rush job. My house looked the same. He forgot to clean my porch and my rails which I paid extra for. He never hooked back my hose and he killed my grass and my plants. I saved to get this done and was so disappointed. He couldn’t get out faster and I paid 500 dollars for this. My hose did a better job last year. Never again will I use your company or referral. Horrible! Did I mention he destroyed my garbage cans with the soap and didn’t clean the residue from the wash. Such a poor job. Never again.

We are sorry you weren’t satisfied with the service.
After the Cleaning we took a walk around the home with you and explained a couple areas where we weren’t able to clean to 100% and only got the siding 70-80% clean, since you mentioned “the home’s siding is 23 years old and never been washed ”
We showed you the areas and you were ok with the results understanding the age of the siding.
Later you message us, stating you weren’t happy with your results.
We understood and responded quickly and proposed a solution.
We offer to come and wash the home again and try possibly a different chemical solution which may have better results. (No charge)
We offer a partial refund of funds for the house cleaning
Both offers were declined.
Since both offers were declined, we unfortunately couldn’t help you.
Most companies would walk away if they heard the siding hasn’t been washed in 23 years we tried to help restore your siding without spending thousands on replacing it
Unfortunately we can’t make miracles happen
