- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Magical Memories has created comprehensive packages that fit most clients needs but we are willing to customize packages if pricing plans or needs don't fit our packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Magical Memories has an easy online booking portal allowing clients to submit their event information 24/7 at their convenience. Our team will process the information within 1 business day and send a detailed invoice outlining everything that is going to be provided. We will then send a email the week before the event to confirm that all the details originally outlined are still correct.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The team at Magical Memories Entertainment has traveled around the country training with top entertainment professionals in not only how to be a good entertainers but in new technology, trends in the industry and how to mitigate penitential problems that may occur. Annually members of Magical Memories attend conferences such as Wedding MBA, The Society of American Magicians Conference, MAGIC Live, Atlantic City DJ Expo, IAAPA and the Knot, Wedding Wire and Thumbtack Industry educational events.
