We had a sectional couch and a large wooden entertainment center that had to be removed. Lance made the arrangements with in a couple of days and quoted us a very reasonable price. He was careful in the removal not to damage anything.

Lance completed all the inside of an Amish shed shell that I had purchased. This included mold remediation, electrical wiring for 12volt and generator power, plumbing, insulation, wall paneling, trim, flooring; outside staining, leveling, decks, etc. He is a “Jack-of-all trades”! Very knowledgable and easy to work with from afar. I live down in FL and my cabin is in Panama, NY area. His work reflects his excellent craftsmanship and pride he takes in his work! He also added in alittle extras to compliment the cabin! I would HIGHLY recommend Lance for any project you have…he is PHENOMENAL!!!
