- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price according to each job to keep fair pricing. Generally, a service call charge is $90 for repair/troubleshooting issues. If we are hired to do the job, that fee is waived. If the fee has already been paid, we will deduct that fee from the final price. For bigger jobs, we use an hourly rate to calculate the price according to how long we estimate the job will take.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually need to do a site inspection in order to give a fair and accurate quote. Estimates are free of charge, and in most cases, we are able to do the work while on site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have been trained by Verizon and Dish Network, and have over 20 years of experience in this field. We are constantly having our technicians trained on the newest technological developments.
