With over 40 years of experience in home remodeling, you will be hardpressed to find anyone more knowledgeable in the home improvement industry. In addition i have experience in Home Building, Home inspection, Real estate sales. ( thus understanding the value of your home and how to improve it ) My experience, background, and knowledge of the entire industry set's me apart from the rest. I am genuinely concerned about each and every one of my clients' needs. People often ask me why my prices are so much lower than the rest. it's because I have no overhead. Someone who has salespeople, subcontractors, showrooms, multiple employees, office staff, etc. are going to have to charge more because they have to pay more. Those big companies want you to believe that their prices are higher because they are better, its the "you get what you pay for kind of Philosophy". Their prices are higher because they have more to pay out. Plus, they don't apply that same philosophy to themselves. They all hire subcontractors to do their work, which means they are using the cheapest labor to do your job. So while you are paying the highest price thinking you're getting the best, they are hiring the cheapest to do your job.

We had Colin come for a door installation but we ended up hiring him to finish up our basement. He pleasantly exceeded our expectations with his talents and professionalism plus he came when he said he would! Thank you for finishing our basement when others couldn't. Even fixed others shoddy work. Highly recommend he will not disappoint. Extremely talented.

Love My Home Improvements is a phenomenal service. My bathroom prior to their work was horrendous. There was decades old water damage to the floor by the shower with a very real concern of falling through the floor. Colin was upfront about that it would take to get done right and be built to last. The was zero price gouging and we were provided with options that would meet our budget without sacrificing style and what we wanted. Everything was completed down to the beams themselves. It’s safe to say the finished product is now the nicest room in the house. Colin even surprised us and gifted us with a shower curtain, towels, mat and soap dispenser that not only goes with the holiday but also matched the style and colors of our bathroom perfectly. I am beyond please with the quality or work delivered by LMHI. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing tends to be much lower then most because we don't use salespeople, project managers, sub-contractors or expensive ads. we are a small owner operated company. The Big guys can't compete, they have too much overhead
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Same as all my customers. Answer any and all questions or concerns the customer might have. Make certain that non work areas are covered and protected so the customer is as minimally affected as possible during the entire renovation process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 40 years of hands-on experience and was taught by a master craftsman who built and designed church's ( a lot of custom woodworking) i also built house boats which really helped sharpen my craftsman's skills. Pythagorean Theorem was used in place of a level on a house boat that's in the water and constantly moving. I spent the majority of my career renovating kitchens and baths as well as decks.
