- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates include everything but gratuity. Our price point may be minorly higher however we have an excellent reputation for car, maintenance, luxury and quality vehicles and excellent drivers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer submits a quote. We provide a rate quote. We send an invoice to the customer via email. We can also take other forms of payment and agree. Mutually with the customer we take a deposit. Once the ride is paid, we put you on our calendar and send you a confirmation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years driving experience plus many more years, combining all of our drivers together. The owner has extensive automobile, industry background. Training and driving diplomats, celebrities, CEOs, corporate, employees, and families.
