Ledwing called to say he could come early if I agreed. He was cheerful and professional-a good combo. He was so up to date with appliance knowledge he could almost diagnose the problem on site. He took time to explain what was causing the problem with my refrigerator. A successful service call. Will call General Appliance for future needs.

My Bosch dishwasher was not draining. After getting the run around from Bosch I found General Appliance through Thumbtack. Immediate response when I called. Service technician Ledwing texted to confirm morning of appointment and arrived on time. My Bosch dishwasher needed a part so he had to return for the repair. Again texted when arriving and again was prompt. Dishwasher was fixed. I will use this company for all my appliance repairs and recommend this company. 5 ⭐️

Highly recommend this company. I put a request in and received a response within 5 minutes. The tech was able to come to my house within 30 minutes of the initial request to look at my oven. The tech was very professional and explained what the issue was. Also the charge for the repair was very reasonable.
