I called Bounce House Rentals for my daughters 4th bday and I spoke with a girl who was very kind, informative and best of all extremely helpful in looking for what I needed. When the delivery guys showed up for drop off I guess I expected it to be dropped off and they would be gone but instead they stayed set up and ensured I felt comfortable with the set up. My daughter loved her bday gift I will definitely be using them for my sons upcoming bday!

I paid a deposit for a bouncy house to NYC Bounce House Rental through this thumbtack app and they said they never received which I still to. This day can’t believe is true..So if they never received it and I paid it, I still have no idea where my money went to this day..the bouncy house on the day of my event was “late” , so I called them to find what was going on. I was told “we never received your deposit, so we didn’t think you were serious” I had been in telephone communication with this company several times prior to the day. I even had a conversation with one of the women about having a n envelope full of cash ready to give to the delivery driver which she had said was perfectly fine. Very disappointing. Don’t be fooled by the price. You will be scammed like me.
