This is the second time I hired this company. Previously they had serviced my boiler and water heater. This time they also fixed some minor plumbing issues with my toilets and a leak under the kitchen sink. I messaged them the other night about a small problem with the boiler, not expecting to hear back until at least the next day. Within 45 minutes I got a response, and Adan came today to take care of it. I highly recommend them.

I hired Benitez plumbing based on thumbtack reviews and I was very pleased with the results. The job was to replace my old toilet and he offered to purchased the new one and install it and Marvin did a great job with the install. He was very polite efficient and worked clean . I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Out of nowhere, we turned on the upstairs shower and a leak started downstairs. Based off the reviews here we went with Benitez plumbing and were not disappointed. They were responsive and on time. Once they opened up the ceiling they found the problem easily. They could have repaired things right there but they had to replace a Kohler fixture which was not available same day. They ordered the part and were back two days later to finish the job. While they were here, we had them look at another bathroom and turns out, we had the early stages of the same issue happening there. Had we waited it would have eventually lead to a leak in the basement. We asked them to replace that part as well. They were also kind enough to look at a small issue with a faucet. The gentlemen were very kind and attentive. We found out that they also do exhaust fan repair and will be hiring them for this service as well.
