- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While KMS typically works on a hourly basis we also work on fixed fee projects. It is our expectation that many of our Thumbtack clients will prefer a fixed fee arrangement with a clear deliverable in mind. While we are new to Thumbtack we are not at all new to addressing and solving clients problems. And since we are new to Thumbtack we are open minded to pricing arrangements that will suit you best. We would like to determine a standard offer for Thumbtack clients and maybe we can work with you to figure that out. Once we determine there is a good fit between KMS and yourself KMS will provide very aggressive pricing to secure your business for our first three customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take a very methodical approach to our client assignments. A typical project has well defined objectives that are supported by documented work tasks and planned deliverables. We work closely with our clients each step along the way. A typical project has these tasks: 1. Project Planning. Deliverables are a project workplan. 2. Discovery and Investigation. Deliverables are research items and meeting notes. 3. Review and Discuss. Deliverables are write-ups and reviews of pertinent project issues and possible solutions. 4. Draft Recommendations and Next Steps. Deliverables are formal action plans based on client input and reviews. 5. Project Management. Deliverables are workplans and status reports.
