FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, the process begins with an initial consultation to understand the issues they’re facing and their specific needs. We then assess their devices or systems to identify any problems. Once we’ve diagnosed the issue, we provide a clear plan for repair or improvement. After the work is completed, we ensure everything is functioning properly and offer ongoing support if needed. We prioritize keeping our customers informed throughout the process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in cybersecurity, along with multiple GIAC certifications, including Security Essentials, Foundational Cybersecurity, and Certified Incident Handler. In addition to my formal education, I’ve gained hands-on experience in various security and network engineering roles, which has helped me build practical skills to provide effective solutions for my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started through a pre-assigned college elective course in computer systems. That class sparked my interest, and I ended up changing my major the very next semester. From there, I dove into cybersecurity, and the rest is history!
