- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We put forward the democratic cost of the diagnostic fee which is only $80 for residential appliances. For AC units and commercial appliances the fee is $120. The diagnostic fee will be included in the cost of labor. We also provide the favorable warranty conditions - up to 1 year for labor and parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you've found us - we schedule an appointment, come by to diagnose the issue, provide the cost of the repair and fix the issue afterwards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have a vast experience since we've been many years in the business.
