Louis Kent was excellent for the quality of his work, his friendliness and willingness to go beyond the call of duty to ensure that we were happy come rain or shine( it did rain for a very short period before and briefly after the medical graduation ceremony). I will highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent professional photographer .

I’m not exaggerating when I say that my wedding day wouldn’t have been as incredible without Louis. I’m not the most organized person, so Louis’s attention to detail and responsive messages made all the difference.
My husband and I got married at city hall, and Louis was very familiar with the process, so he recommended some amazing places to shoot nearby. He kept sending options when the day got closer and I still hadn’t come up with a list, and it helped us create some amazing shots. He put us at ease, and knew how to balance planned shots with creative candids. He created a gallery that feels like a movie. He played a huge part in the best day of our lives, and we couldn’t be happier.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All projects are currently custom quoted based on time and type of work (example weddings are more expensive than a portrait session).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a friendly onboarding meeting asking about the customer's needs, what they value, and their vision for the project. I'll explain how I will go about giving that to them, and offer general advice on how to achieve their desired vision. Then we will go through pricing and build a package that fits their needs and project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Syracuse University for Film school, during which I not only film camera related classes like cinematography, but also photography classes where I even developed my own 35mm photographic prints (digital is way easier).
