Dave from KewLocksmith, made my experience with them simply smooth & great. Communication from reservation of service to the scheduled day of work was excellent. He replaced a mortise lock for me. Some drilling and extra work was required for installation, but be he explained clearly what had to be done. Despite the extra work, he was fair and didn’t charge too much extra. Very approachable, professional, punctual, excellent communication & follow up, delivered top notch quality service, and charged a very fair price. Could not say enough about Dave, definitely would recommend him and use his services again.
