- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start with a phone consultation to understand their specific needs and expectations. We’ll discuss the size of the space, frequency of cleaning, and any special requests. Then, I’ll provide a customized quote and schedule a convenient time for the cleaning. After the first service, I always follow up to ensure everything met (or exceeded) expectations.
