We are a small home remodeling company. We do not take on too many jobs that leaves our customers waiting weeks or months for us to get back out for their project. As the owner, I hold my degree in Architecture and Design and fully understand the construction process from start to finish. This gives us an edge as we are able to help you from the initial design to ensuring your dreams come to fruition in your home. We have competitive prices and are proud of the work we do. I love helping a customer realize their dream can be a reality. I'm able to draft blueprints for a project so you can see what everything will look like, make changes if necessary and watch your final project come to life. Jeff and his father did great work. Jeff goes out of his way to make sure everything turns out as expected. If any issue arises Jeff is quick to correct it. He did a bathroom full remodel for us. Very professional and very skilled. I will definitely be hiring him again in the future. Jeff and his father are diamonds in the ruff. 100% recommend.

Jackpot!! Extremely pleased with finding an excellent contractor to complete some major renovations in my home. I hired Jeff after the original contractor did a hack job on my half bath and try to runoff with some of my money! Dream of designs was an excellent choice they were a professional their work product and quality was excellent special attention and detail was paid to particular items in my job and you work with me in many ways to Avoid costly delays or changes! I ended up with a bathroom that could easily be put in anyone’s magazine and a repair to the bathroom that was mangled by my first contractor. Jeff and his team or punctual consistent and reliable and I appreciate their cost effectiveness and attention to budget. I love the work so much I engage them to completely remodel my kitchen and we’re moving on to other projects in my home to include a remodel and finishing of my basement.

Jeff has been fantastic to work with. I’m currently working with him right now on a kitchen and bathroom remodel- he has great attention to detail and quality. Fairly priced and overall a good trustworthy person. I’ll be using him on my next project as well.

Jeff and his dad did an absolutely beautiful job laying our new floors. Jeff was able to work with our crazy time restraints and saved us from the possibility of destroying our marriage while trying to attempt to do this ourselves. Our only complaint is that we are moving out of state and won't be able to hire him for more remodeling work! I'd definitely recommend Jeff for your projects, his pricing is very fair and his work is beautiful! I am finishing up painting the baseboards, molding and stair banisters and reattaching, please excuse the mess in the photos. The floors certainly are gorgeous though ❤️ Thank you from the bottom of our heart!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out and meet with the customer face to face to go over exactly what they are looking for. If it's a larger remodel project I like to measure and create a drawing to go over the design and pricing of the project as well, allowing customers to make changes up front and ensure the most accurate pricing up front.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my degree in Architecture and have personally drafted, designed and constructed 3 entire houses, as well as numerous bathrooms and kitchens.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoyed architecture very much, but it is only the beginning phases of a project. I found it more enjoyable and gratifying controlling the project from start to finish and watching what I put on paper come to life.
