- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing can depend on the magnitude of the job. for example how big of a septic tank the home may required, if we require to utilize a distribution box also if require by the town to used gravel, and the distance beteewn tank to fields or tank to distribution box and distance from distribution box to fields some jobs may be 10 to 20 feet and some other may be 100 to 200 feet. what translate to is more material and excavation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
explaining to the costumer what is going to take place 1) pricing of the job and procedures 2) permit applications from health department and code enforcement agencies. some cases may require engineer 3) payment process. we take cash or credit card. we also offered a credit card company to help the client with their needs, and normally it takes a few minutes to get approve and get the job going. 4) gathering of materials to the property 5) site prep for excavation 6) excavation and demolition of old system 7) installation of new system and testing 8) prep for inspection by health department 9) final step is leveling of site and making it safe for the home owner. NOTE: we are not a landscape company, we will clean and seed the area for work however if the home owner requires sod to be install, we are able to provide the service however it requirers more material and work hours price also depends on SQF.

Im a septic contractor, which requires a class and testing by the town.
