- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Majestic Home Improvements we are a family owned business and will always be honest about pricing offering the lowest possible price and sourcing the best/most cost efficient materials. We provide FREE ESTIMATES and will send an itemized estimate of work/material costs so there are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are old school in the sense that we like to go and meet with the customer first to assess and get a better idea of the job scope it also helps us form a relationship with the prospective customer. After meeting we will send a FREE ESTIMATE within the next 24hours if the customer approves we discuss a start-end date and make sure we get everything done within that timeframe if not sooner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of on-hand industry experience starting in Brazil doing cabinetry to when I arrived in America working for various general contractors doing all sorts of work ranging from kitchen remodels, cabinetry, porches, trims, drywall you name it I have done it. I make sure that those working for me are equally trained.
