23 years of personal yoga practice and teaching since 2017, I share a wealth of experience and a genuine love for yoga in every class. My journey has been shaped by studying with inspiring Ashtanga yoga teachers at Ananda Ashram and Sivananda Ashram, where I deepened my understanding of yoga’s rich traditions. My passion for yoga shines through my teaching, as I combine timeless wisdom with a fresh, approachable perspective. I believes yoga is for everyone and I see it as a pathway to not only physical health but also a more joyful, balanced life.
Class description:
My classes are designed to make you feel amazing—inside and out! Blending the graceful flow of Vinyasa yoga with energizing Pilates-inspired moves, my sessions are both fun and transformative. Expect sequences that build strength, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling more connected to your body and breath. I finish each private class with a short Thai Massage to help you relax.
