- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am currently priced below market value as a new business working to build customer trust.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a brief 'get to know you' questionnaire that I send out once bookings are finalized so you can share what you're looking for from your shoot and your photos, as well as a little about you and your comfort level. From there, we can have a phone call, depending on client preference, to discuss anything further.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent 10 years working in the fashion industry, including gaining tips of the trade from leading industry photographers. Otherwise, I am largely self-taught, as are many photographers in the motherhood/maternity category.
