- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically go through the following steps with each new and returning client: 1. The Planning Session- Let’s Chat: Schedule a Free Consultation Call. We’ll review your intake questionnaire and develop a plan. We can discuss everything from location, time and theme. Here is where the details take shape and your images start to come to life. 2. Proposal - Great call! Now that we understand your vision, you'll receive our proposal which includes your contract and first invoice. Simply sign and make your hold payment - and you’re confirmed! A final payment will be due 24 hours before your shoot. We here if you have any questions along the way. 3. Shoot Day -Time to have some fun! Relax and enjoy your session. Whether on location or in-studio we'll arrive a little early to ensure everything is ready so that you session goes smoothly and you feel most comfortable. Let us do what we do best - we've got you covered. 4. Photo Delivery - Within 3 days of your shoot you’ll receive access to your edited digital gallery . Choose your favorites, share with your friends and have them printed. Please let us know in advance if you need a quick turn-around, as we offer rush pricing. 5. Client Support: The shoot has ended but our support hasn't - whether it's past, current or future projects we’re here for any questions that might come up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
J started his career as a wardrobe stylist and went on to study painting and sculpture at the School of Visual Arts in NYC before beginning his Photography career in 2012. With a strong foundation in composition, color, and artistic influence, J enjoyed capturing photos around NYC, attracting a sizable social media following that he transformed into a Commercial Photography career. Working with clients such as Google and Nike taught him to be organized, professional, flexible, and ready for anything. Cameron studied Fashion Design and worked as a Clothing Designer and Trend Analyst in NYC. During her free hours, she partnered with J on photography and video projects. Her background in conceptualizing trends, mood, and color, along with her dynamic understanding of business and personal skills, enhances her unique approach to Reflect Pictures

We have extensive experience working with both global brands and individual clients, including businesses like Apple, Amex, and Lincoln. Our diverse clientele ranges from actors, models, dancers, and musicians to entrepreneurs, athletes, artists, change-makers, poets, authors, kids, families and couples.
