Our prices are all-inclusive. We keep it fair & square. Upfront, no time limits, no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Best method for us is a visual, be it video call or on-site estimate. Phone call with pictures is great as well. This is the best process of getting an all-inclusive quote. Most of the time when there are changes or extra charges it's due to representative or sales consultant making a mistake or misrepresenting. There is many components to a move, and just texting or phone call will not do it all. We can take more time and we will ask you for pictures because we care about providing correct estimates and preparing our crews and movers for the right move without surprises to the customer or us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Decades of experience from small to largest moving companies in NY. We have been at the bottom of the food-chain to the top. We have seen it all. That is why we decided to open a company, and do things a bit differently. With pride, honesty and integrity. We believe in detailed quote process and great moving day execution.
