Sagan came to give me an estimate on electrical work. He noticed right away that is was too complicated of a job & that I needed an electrician. I appreciated his honesty and he was very polite. Because he could not do the job, he did not charge me anything. Not everyone is honest so, that goes a very long way! Although this was not a job he was able to do, I would definitely call him again should I need less complex handyman jobs!
