I NEVER write reviews because I simply can't be bothered so this says something. First off, Vasily (Sagan Handyman) was responsive to my initial inquiries, there are no games about pricing, he really does charge $20 an hour! (And has all tools). He showed up on time and was communicative letting me know he was on his way. He works with his brother. They were both very polite and got straight to work. They assembled a queen sized bed that has a storage compartment beneath it ( more complicated) with ease, mounted an electric fireplace (and assembled/set it up), coat rack(mounted on door reinforced with metal), double curtain rods(and installed curtains), a huge mirror and other hangings. My t.v mount was missing the bracket and Vasily OFFERED to drive to Lowes (15 min drive away) to buy me one. I wasn't expecting that. I thought I would have to mount it another day. Can you say above and beyond? He came back sooner than expected and they were done soon after. He also fixed three suspension rods in my closet by reinforcing them ( mind you that was a last minute thing not in the job description). The work took a little longer than estimated but there was ALOT to be done. I honestly don't see why you would book anyone else. I'm only contacting him(and his brother) for future projects.
