I hired Best Helpers to perform a non-standard task. Hang a decorative fence on the wall of the building and on the existing fence. The difficulty is that it was necessary to hang 30 inch from the ground. 3 contractors refused this work. But Best Helpers performed it as it seemed to me with ease. They did a difficult job for me. I will definitely contact them in the future

Max was punctual and polite but I would say he is more of a handyman than a tradesman plumber. I had him plumb my new vanity and install my new shower trim. There was an issue with everything. Firstly he installed a flex pipe on my vanity which is really considered just a quick fix and has many issues with clogging and leaking in the future, when I mentioned this to Max he didn’t understand me due to his lack of English skills, I tried many times to tell him I wanted regular PVC pipe and he said no it’s fine. Then when he installed the shower trim he left maybe 3 inches of the teflon tape sticking out the back of the shower head and he was going to leave it like that but I asked him to clean it up. He also installed the new tub drain and rather than using plumbers putty under to prevent leaks he used the included gasket which is intended to go under the tub liner, so the drain now sits too high and water pools up there. Overall I appreciate the work but I honestly could have done all of this work myself and saved $450.

I understood everything perfectly well what the client was talking about. About the drain, I tried to explain that this solution is no worse than a rigid pipe. Regarding the tape, I cleaned it up as the client asked. He took a picture of me without my permission when I started removing the tape. There is a photo with this work in my profile and everything looks great on it. Unreasonable review after 2 weeks, which I will try to appeal.

Our prices are lower than those of competitors. We are loyal and ready to listen to your suggestions. The service fee for on-site consultation at the client's home remains unchanged
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 - the client contacts us and receives a free estimate of the cost of the work, if this can be done online. If the estimate cannot be made online, then our specialist will come to the site and estimate the cost of the work (Attention: a service fee applies for the visit) Step 2 - after agreeing on the cost of the work, we begin executing the order without changing the cost of the work. Step 3 - upon completion of the work, the client accepts the work and pays for the cost of the work and the materials used in any way convenient for him.

We have many years of real experience. At the moment there are 3 people in the Best Helpers company. Maxim is the founder of the company. 12 years of experience in building houses. Oleg is a contractor. Experience in finishing apartments and houses for 9 years. Elena is a specialist of the highest category in furniture assembly. 7 years of experience at IKEA. Assembles furniture from all manufacturers.
