- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $250 per hour, though I’m open to adapt to your budget for projects that span several hours or multiple days. The number of deliverable images depends on the nature of the project, but will never be lower than 20. Specialized Newborn Photography Session are priced at $500 for 90min home shoot and include 30 fully edited, high resolution images. More details upon demand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- Initial Consultation: I begin with a free consultation to understand your vision, goals, and any specific preferences. This allows me to tailor my approach and offer personalized recommendations for your project. 2-Customized Proposal: Based on our discussion, I provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and pricing. I make sure to review this with you to ensure everything aligns with your needs. 3-Agreement and Scheduling: Once the proposal is approved, we finalize paiement and your shoot is officially booked. 4-The Photoshoot/Project Execution: On the day of the photoshoot or project, I ensure everything runs smoothly and that you’re comfortable throughout the process, capturing all the important moments. 5-Photo Turnover: After the shoot, I begin editing the images to enhance their quality. I typically provide a turnaround time of 7-10 days with expedited options available upon request. Once you are satisfied with your image selection, you will receive the high-resolution, fully-edited images via a secure online gallery, making it easy to download and share. 6-Collaboration and Communication: Throughout the process, I prioritize open communication. I provide updates and am always available to answer any questions or make adjustments. 7-Customer Feedback: Your feedback is invaluable, and I encourage you to leave a review here or share your experience so I can continue improving my services.
