Indulge brand was such a player to work with, I recieved excellent communication from booking up until the day of the event. She even gave me a great decor recommendation to enhance my decor needs. The setup was breathtaking and very neat and clean. I will definitely be using Indulge for all of my party planning needs.

The first and second appointment I had with her, she kept me waiting for hours before she showed up. The day of the event, she did not show up to decorate. She sent her parents and sister to bring some small flower arrangements she made as centerpieces. They said Uma was in a car accident. The vases were painted with fushia glitter and the guests at my event got their hands full of glitter. It seems the glitter was still wet. She did not sent or bring all the decorations that we had agreed to on the contract. I would not recommend this lady at all.

Less than 24 hours after my event and I could not wait to write this review!! I was very skeptical of booking through thumbtack because I’ve never used it before. After multiple attempts to get a quote that was within my budget, I contacted Genese and I am so grateful that I found her!! Genese was very professional, and literally takes her time to listen to what you want. I explained to her my horrific experience with my venue and she made it her duty for me to look forward to a great experience. Before anything, she drew up several decor ideas as a blueprint! Talk about using technology!! She decorated for 50 guest in under 2 hours. The decor and detail was STUNNING!! As nervous as I was, because I’ve never have not been hands on with my events, it felt amazing to walk into my party and it was fully decorated by someone else. Thank you Genese for your effort, time, patience, craft and dedication to making people smile!!!

It was great working with Rashida as the decorator for my event. She was professional and prompt in answering my questions. She bought to life my living room to create the perfect space for my son and his friends to have a wonderful evening. There were so many compliments of how beautiful the place was.

Rashida is amazing. Super responsive and kind too. I was so nervous for my event but she was so patient and supportive which is rare to find nowadays. The decor for my husband's surprise 40th bday was better than I imagined. My family and guests were in awe and wanted to know who did them so they could use her for their events. I was looking for a balloon arch for my baby’s first birthday party. I was more than happy with how ours turned out. She was on time, super nice, asked how I liked things, always checked in with me if she had questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs balloon decorations for their events.

Crys and team were absolutely amazing. I was stressed out about the event and came to thumbtack less than a couple of weeks. I sent her pictures of the venue, gave her the color scheme then she took it from there. She was easy to work with, professional and made the day of the event so seamless. She set up when she said she would and I arrived at the event utterly stunned by the quality of work. She created a balloon wall that captured the guests eyes on entry, a stunning accent table with "Alexis 30th" spelled out and balloon centerpiece; lastly she decorated all of the tables with shimmer gold tablecloths. All of which were above and beyond expectations.
She came promptly back at midnight (the event end time) to clean up the space. I honestly have only positive things to say! I would definitely hire Crys for future events.

Jasmine was an absolute PLEASURE to work with and I cannot stress it enough! She help me in the nick of time to help with the balloon decor for my son‘s first birthday party with such fast response times! I had a lot of requests, for several garlands, & she was able to compete & accommodate me for every single one! On the day of set up, she was nothing but a amazing! She worked quickly, produced beautiful, beautiful garland set ups, and was just an overall very kind person. She will 100% officially be my go-to person when planning events! Book her! You will be beyonddddd satisfied!
