- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair in our pricing and estamite. We do our best communicating and evaluating what our customer's want so we can give a fair and balanced estamite that meets our clients budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
•First we established what are the needs of our customer. •Then we seek to come up with a plan to solve our clients electrical needs. • We come up with a schedule to come see the job in person in order to get a full assessment. If that is an issue in some cases via phone video chat or Zoom can be applicable. • After a full assessment is determined we will send a quote followed by a formal proposal after quote is agreed open. •Finally we can set up an appointment to start work that fits around our clients schedule.
