Working with PW & Sons helped bring what had been a long difficult project to a smooth and painless finish. From the start PW & Sons was very responsive to all messages through Thumbtack as well as email and phone calls. After a brief on-site visit they were quick to respond with a quote which was of a reasonable price. Scheduling PW & Sons for installation took little effort as they were very respectful of my companies schedule. Their electrician arrived on time and made quick work of the project without compromising quality. Employees at all levels of my company have complimented their work and we couldn't be happier with the end result. When I think of PW & Sons I think professionalism, reliability, work quality and a company that values its customers. They are simply the best electrical contractor in the New York trip state area. It wasn't easy to pick a contractor to assist with the lighting requirements for the premiere of my internationally acclaimed Caribbean play off-Broadway in New York City. There was plenty to chose from in the phonebook, online and from numerous referrals. However, PW & Sons kept coming up when I inquired through my associates, family, and friends about the lighting requirements for my set. After all, this was off-Broadway and I needed to make an impression of a lifetime. Because of the excellent word of mouth referrals I had obtained about PW & Sons, I decided to give them a call. I called and requested a free estimate and I was very impressed that someone came out to the 777 Theater that same day to look at my job. They were very professional and detailed, I was given an estimate on the spot with a promise that work would commence in one week after the signing of the contract. The price wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. But the crew was clean, professional, on time, and didn't play games with adding extra costs. The end result was rather impressive. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get work done at your home or business.

It's still rare to find a company such as this in which integrity comes across so clearly. PW & Sons has been the best I could have asked for in that their professional skill is broad, reliable, and comprehensive (far more so than other electricians I interviewed before finding PW&Sons). I finally ran into good luck here. Project-wise: meticulous, conscientious and efficient. The personnel: genuinely good people who care about me as a homeowner. It's a relief to finally now have electrical professionals I can depend upon and will be happy to recommend to friends.

We are fair in our pricing and estamite. We do our best communicating and evaluating what our customer's want so we can give a fair and balanced estamite that meets our clients budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
•First we established what are the needs of our customer. •Then we seek to come up with a plan to solve our clients electrical needs. • We come up with a schedule to come see the job in person in order to get a full assessment. If that is an issue in some cases via phone video chat or Zoom can be applicable. • After a full assessment is determined we will send a quote followed by a formal proposal after quote is agreed open. •Finally we can set up an appointment to start work that fits around our clients schedule.
