Francisco and his crew were great to work with. The work completed consisted of a full demolition of our space in a commercial building including removing everything inside and outside of the space, painting, and cleaning. From start to finish Francisco was responsive, professional and so flexible with our timeline and scope of work. After receiving quotes from 3 different companies we ultimately went with this one as the information I received along with the initial quote was clear, comprehensive, and surpassed the others in value. The work was completed in a timely manner and executed just as we had hoped. I appreciated the team's attention to detail and it was clear our satisfaction with the work was important to them. I would definitely hire them again and recommend to others.

I hired Francisco to demolish a kitchen in one of my rental units, haul away the old cabinetry, and prepare / paint the space for the new kitchen. I’d read his reviews and thought wow, this guy sounds like an excellent contractor, professional and responsive. Francisco and his team did not disappoint. After communicating regularly for a good while leading up to the job, they showed up punctually and transformed a gross, worn, greasy, disgusting kitchen into a lovely, white blank slate for the new kitchen. I didn’t think it was possible to transform the floor like new by just grouting! They were courteous and respectful towards my tenants, and they left the place tidy and broom-swept. All at a very fair price. Highly recommended!

When faced with the project of finishing a basement in five days, Francisco was one of the first people I got in contact with. Within a few hours he was to my property, touring it and giving me a quote. His crew did very affordable work and helped to make the project a success. They laid laminate flooring, hung curtain tracking, patched various holes and just about any other odd task I needed in creating the basement.
