- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic fee is $69 plus tax. In the event of a repair, the diagnostic cost is included in the repair price. We offer a 15% discount for regular customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To schedule an appointment with a new customer we ask for the customer's service address, email, phone number, and full name. After a diagnostic of a system or a free estimation service, we provide customers with our estimates (usually within the same day).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We only select talented technicians to join our team, whose knowledge is backed by significant experience, as well as technical education, licenses, and certifications. We motivate our employees to develop their own knowledge and skills, and we strictly enforce rules within our company.
