Everything about Rapid Repair (RR) was GREAT! Super fast to respond to my inquiry, very accommodating on scheduling, showed up exactly when promised, quick to do the work, and the job was done well! I needed a kitchen faucet replaced. Turned out the faucet I bought required a bit of extra expertise and nuance, but they were great. Even more so, after leaving, the tenant managed to damage another part of sink (arrrggghhh) causing a leak. RR was able to come back and solve that as well. Would highly recommend.
