FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I find that my pricing is Fair, I'm not charging what I believe I should be charging for my quality work. But it makes my clients happy and a busy schedule for me. I always tell my clients that I'm 100% sure they can find someone for a cheaper price, but it doesn't guarantee the type of work I can offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So usually we like to arrange an appointment so I can see the work required for the project. We take notes and sit down with the client and go through a list of the options possible and different prices. From there I'll recommend what's best in my opinion and let the client tell me their goals. From there we get a contract ready and move forward to working on the client's goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience, most of them on the field. I've taken all kinds of workshops to keep us updated in the most recent materials and methods to do a job that can last a life time. Also taken workshops on waterproofing, building showers, building materials, blueprints, and schluter system workshops. always looking to learn new things and fine tune our work for the best quality possible.
