Carlos was great! He was professional and thorough. He went through every crevice in my 2-family home and even did a thorough inspection in my basement. He pointed out the trouble areas in my nasty tenants’ apartments and provided me with the details needed to discuss with them on how to do better. I called him a couple of months after using another highly recommended exterminator from Thumbtack and his service was much more superior. He isn’t cheap, but the inexpensive route cost me more in the end because my issues weren’t resolved. I would definitely recommend him for your exterminating needs.

Fed up with a roach problem that’s persisted for years and that my building has not properly dealt with, I contacted Carlos. He immediately responded and spent a lot of time on the phone discussing the issue and the steps he’d take to resolve it. In my apartment he was just as clear and thoroughly investigated every room. He pulled out appliances and radiator covers, sealed holes, pointed out vents that should be covered with screen to prevent roaches from crawling through, recommended other supplies and things to do to keep them away, and sprayed throughout the apartment. It was a relief to have his service and so far so good. Thank you, Carlos!

We are competitively priced to address your pest control needs. We charge per visit, per treatment. There are no hidden fees. Discounts will be applied if additional treatments are needed. We also provide discounts for multiple properties. We offer 10% discount for new customers on initial service call.

We evaluate the site, address the pest control issue, and inform the customer of potential pest control concerns and next steps. We will explain the methods we use every step of the way.
