I had a drain clogging in my basement last night I call Premium sewer&Drain and my god they answer me quickly and first thing in the morning the guy’s were there within no time the drain was unclogged and all was well I would really recommend these guys to any home owner they are very professional and reasonable.

The workers showed up explained what needed to be done and completed the job. The management side was not responsive as they said they would be. I did not receive ANY calls for confirmation. Communication through thumbtack was even worse. I did not get a follow-up call or message until the day the workers were on their way to repair my toilet. In fairness, I believe the person who runs this company was not in due to the holiday. Had he been present, I believe the communication and coordination of date and time would have gone more smoothly.
