- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want to provide the highest quality work so you don’t have to worry about calling someone else to finish the job. We want to be fair and we know how it is to be a customer as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to find out their issue and goal in detail so I can let them know ahead of time if this is something we can tackle or not. We don’t spend time trying to guess or work on an issue blindly without prior experience. We’re very transparent and like to include the customer in the work so they know what’s going on, if they are interested in that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from a bachelors degree, a lot of it comes down to experience and your understanding of technology and how it works. You can have many certifications but without the experience, it’s hard to apply in real life. I have coming up 10 years of experience in my professional career, which doesn’t include the 10+ years that I have outside of my professional career.
