From the first message sent up until the completion of the repair, Uke went above and beyond any expectations I had. He is a brilliant mind in his field and provided clear guidance along the way. He arrived at the time we agreed, and to be honest, did a job that everywhere I went told me was going to take 2+ days, in an hour. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair and I have a little bit of wiggle room depending on the project at hand and where the client is located. Asking for a better price never hurts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will communicate via Thumbtack on what the issue is, if its something that is worth fixing, go over pricing and then a good time for the client on when I can come in!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the IT world professionally since 2018-but I go back way before that working on projects on my own and solving IT related issues for all of my friends, family and relatives.
