It took till Uke's attention came to it, that my PC constantly restarting was addressed (I tried hiving it fixed before). He explained what might be happening, and everything was tried thoroughly first - to rule out every possible cause. We also ran large tests to check afterwards at my request. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair and I have a little bit of wiggle room depending on the project at hand and where the client is located. Asking for a better price never hurts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will communicate via Thumbtack on what the issue is, if its something that is worth fixing, go over pricing and then a good time for the client on when I can come in!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the IT world professionally since 2018-but I go back way before that working on projects on my own and solving IT related issues for all of my friends, family and relatives.
