Randy was so right on! I purchased a saniflo upflushed toilet and seek Thumbstack since my previous plumber was too busy. He responded timely, politely and professionally. Randy’s work is the most neat I have even seen and I can tell that he is truly passionate in his job. He followed the instructions manual thoroughly, went on purchasing parts right after.
