True to his word, he came prepared with the replacement part and delivered outstanding service. Josue was kind, courteous, and friendly throughout the entire process. His work was clean and meticulous, and he even went above and beyond by fixing another issue I had been struggling with. This thoughtful gesture during the holiday season was truly appreciated. What stood out even more was the seamless process—we had a simple contract and receipts, which we both signed amicably. It was professional and reassuring. I had a complete bathtub clog where zero water was going through. Josue was able to help me diagnose the problem and replace the pipes underneath the tub. Cesar arrived on time and was meticulous in his assessment of the source of the leak we were experiencing. He was able to do the repair immediately and left the premises in spic ‘n span condition, as well as advising on a longer term fix.
