I’ve lived in this area for over 12 years and have worked with a number of plumbers, and I’m so glad I finally found the one who gets the job done, and gets it done on time and really well. My previous guy was always busy, never worked on weekends, and did the minimum thing to just be done with the job. Besmir goes above and beyond. He agreed to come on a Friday afternoon because we wanted to finish our bathroom project before the weekend, and when the vanity installation turned out to be a much more difficult project, he stayed till very late to finish the job. And he did the job really well, taking care of all the little details. Before the vanity installation, he replaced a broken drain pipe in our crawl space and that was also done on time and really well. Very hard to find anyone with this level of commitment nowadays. Highly recommended.

There was a blockage in the sewage line of a 3-family home that I own and raw sewage was backing up. I requested service around 6:30 pm from a few plumbing services and not only did I receive a response from Besmir of BN Plumbing right away, but he was ready to do the job right then. He arrived just after 7:00pm. The issue turned out to be different than what I described and as a result he needed to return to the shop to get additional tools. He gladly did so, even though it was after 8:00 at night and cold outside. He want able to completely resolve the problem that night, but returned the next morning to complete the job. I was not able to be there, but he was thoughtful enough to take videos along the way. The entire job was done within hour of me calling, which was totally unexpected. I was extremely grateful for his responsiveness, professionalism and added care. I will definitely call him if I have a plumbing issue again and I highly recommend him.

BN's Plumbing Service (Besmir) was exceptional in every regard. Right before the holidays, tragedy struck as after a morning shower, to my horror there was a pool of water caused by a ceiling leak from the bathtub above.
I was horrified as the bathroom was just renovated and new. Besmir responded right away and came the same day. Though the price he quoted was a bit higher than competitors, I felt it was still competitive given the quick turnaround offered and the high reviews on this page.
The reviews were spot on! He quickly assessed the problem on Christmas eve and fixed the improperly installed tub spout which was causing the leak. He soldered a longer piece of copper piping and properly affixed the valve which was improperly installed the first time and was causing the leak behind the wall.
This man is also a jack of many trades it seems - he not only was able to fix the leak, but also over the next 2 days fixed the water damage in the ceiling with new sheetrock, plaster, and a paint job that made the ceiling look new.
I'm incredibly impressed! His expertise and work quality is worth every $ - I just hope with all these mounting positive reviews, he doesn't get too busy for when I have an emergency next!

My hot water heater broke and caused a flood during Thanksgiving! Besmir responded immediately to the message in the app and called. He came the next day to assess the situation. The entire unit needed to be replaced, along with new pipes and a new valve. He installed the new unit the same day. He was professional, respectful, and thorough with his work. Everything was done quickly and neatly. It was really a pleasure and we are grateful for his hard work getting us our hot water back! Highly recommend BN Plumbing Services.
