I am so glad to have contacted Cesar. He and his crew were so professional and so clean. I first hired them to paint my two floor home from walls for ceilings. They did such a great job, that I asked them to come back and paint the hand railings and balusters. I am very happy with the end result and will definitely be contacting Cesar again to do my floors.

Cesar and his team were excellent. They were punctual, efficient, respectful and did a great job in my family room. They laid new floor, installed new base and crown molding, and fixed and painted the ceiling. All of the work was executed beautifully and completed in a timely manner. I will definitely be calling William's Carpentry for our future projects around the home.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to give a discount to my customers and reasonable price for the job getting done. With there being a lot of competition in this field I tend to set my prices at around the average amount for the work being asked to be done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After being in contact with a new customer, I receive permission to check out what they want me to do. I then give them a price after taking a look at everything, if they do not agree with the price then we work out the situation but if they do agree with the price I proceed to do the work asked at an available time for both parties.
