Here's what customers should know about our pricing structure: 1. Package options: Our pricing is based on a variety of packages designed to cater to different needs and budgets. While our starting price for the essentials package is $1,500, most of our clients typically spend around $3,000 for a more comprehensive experience. Customization: We understand that every wedding is unique, and we are more than happy to work with clients to customize packages to meet their specific requirements, ensuring they receive the services they need at a price they can afford. 3. Travel fees: We are located in Binghamton, New York, and cover the surrounding areas up to 150 miles. Our current travel fee is $2.45 per mile after the first 20 miles from our office location at 15 Charles Street, Binghamton, NY. 4. Seasonal or promotional discounts: Occasionally, we may offer seasonal or promotional discounts. Keep an eye on our website and social media platforms for any special offers or announcements. 5. Initial inquiry: When a potential client reaches out to us, we gather basic information about their wedding, such as the date, location, and their photography and videography needs. 2. Consultation: We schedule an in-person meeting or a video call via Google Meet to discuss the client's expectations, preferences, and any unique aspects of their wedding. This conversation helps us understand their vision and determine if we are a good fit for their needs. 3. Package selection: We present our various package options and work with the client to choose or customize a package that best suits their requirements and budget. 4. Booking confirmation: Once the client has chosen a package and agreed on the pricing, we send step-by-step instructions via our customer relations management system to guide them through contract signing and deposit payment. The booking is secured with a signed contract and a 50% deposit, ensuring that their wedding date is reserved in our calendar. 5. Pre-wedding planning: In the months leading up to the wedding, we maintain open communication with the client to finalize timelines, discuss shot lists, scout locations, and address any questions or concerns. 6. Wedding day coverage: On the wedding day, our team arrives early, well-prepared, and dressed professionally. We work diligently to capture all the special moments, emotions, and details of the day while remaining unobtrusive and respectful of the couple and their guests. 7. Post-production: After the wedding, we carefully edit and retouch the photos and videos, ensuring high-quality, consistent results. Depending on the package selected, this may include a certain number of edited images, a highlights video, and/or a full-length wedding film. 8. Delivery: Upon completion of the post-production process, we deliver the final products to the client through the agreed-upon method, such as digital download, USB drive, or physical albums and prints. 9.
