FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm licensed and insured which causes the prices to be a bit higher than someone who is not, however there are benefits to that. 1. Jobs are preformed at your property which means that if the contractor you hired causes damages, those damages are covered by insurance. 2. I have heard many times i can get this job done for a lot cheaper by my friend, neighbor, handyman, etc you name it. While there is a place for people to help out there is also a place for a professional to do certain things. An example of that would be a water heater installation not done right and up to plumbing code could and has cause damage to property, equipment and even death due to carbon monoxide poisoning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to do the process of working with a new customer as easy and smooth as possible. That would include thing like integrating technology so you have control of what and when your project needs to be done. Having said that we have systems that allow customer to book online, or if you prefer talking to a person a quick phone call can produce the same result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After graduating from high school I decided to work in the trades while at the same time attending community collage business classes. My father is also in the trades as a general contractor but i always enjoyed what plumbers did on jobs sites. I decided to work for a company where I could learn plumbing an eventually get my Master Plumber license. I worked in NYC for the first 4 years of my plumbing career where i learned new construction work and then transfer to Long Island where I learned service work.
