- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Referrals are great! Which means I always give discounts to customers who refer me to others!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always set up an in person meeting or at the very least a phone call meeting. I call this our “Creative Meeting”. This is a chance to get to know each other and go over what the client wants. This helps “break the ice” and get the project moving in the right direction!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with all types of customers! Every customer is different and I tailor my work to what that customer wants and needs. Every job presents its own challenges and it’s my job to overcome those and present an amazing product!
