Kristen Sroczynski is a highly skilled Hatha yoga instructor with over 8 years of experience in guiding clients towards holistic well-being. Specializing in personalized, one-on-one sessions, Kristen integrates traditional yoga practices with modern mindfulness techniques to create bespoke yoga experiences. Known for a gentle yet transformative approach, Kristen has worked with a discerning clientele, including executives, corporate groups, and students of all abilities, ages and skill sets in between; Kristen is skilled at providing tailored programs that enhance physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Originally certified by Vinyasa Yoga Institute in Rishikesh, India and countless trainings since 2016; Kristen ensures a serene, private atmosphere for each session, prioritizing clients’ individual goals and lifestyles. In addition to Hatha yoga, Kristen holds additional training in somatics, trauma-informed yoga, mat Pilates, senior yoga, restorative flow, meditation, breathwork and Reiki.
