FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm always willing to work with clients on package deals or jobs with sequential photo shots. My current special for real estate agents: Book two jobs and get one free!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for new clients: (focusing on aerial work) 1. Define the scope of work. 2. Define the deliverables and what are the important points. 3. Review the job and prepare with safety and mission in mind. 4. Execute and capture the assets. 5. Deliver the assets as soon as possible (normally within 24 hours). 6. Follow up with the client to make sure they're happy with the service and deliverables.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for examples of their work. A picture is worth a thousand words (and a few dollars). If you're looking for aerial images, make sure your operator has a current part 107 certification and commercial insurance. Both are very important to protect you as the person contracting the service.
