Anders has been patient and attentive in teaching me how to swim in the ocean and become more comfortable in the water with panic attacks and anxiety. When I first started working with him I wasn’t even able to go in past my knees but with his in person lessons and homework in a short time I have been becoming more comfortable in swimming underwater and in the ocean.

If you are looking for a swim coach for your next triathlon Anders is the best choice you have. things i learned: proper breathing recovery stroke (when you get tired or having that panicky feeling) body stream line to swim further with the same effort. He thought how me push my self and pass that mental block that limits your capabilities. He is also a great motivator, a lot of times I wanted to quit swimming but I'm still here swimming almost everyday. He did not only helped me on my swim, he also helped me change to a healthier lifestyle. 💯 percent satisfied!
